Service Operation

  • Following service strategy. Support sales department in service issues
  • Cooperation with sales, marketing and other departments
  • Daily work in CRM systems

Service Delivery

  • Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations.
  • Develop and following pro-active service delivery model, including service weeks, service scanning, etc.

Service Channel Management

  • Process for PMLS service channel management.
  • Technical support distributor engineers and end customers
  • Service training for distributor engineers

Requirements

Knowledge and Education Requirements

  • Electronic biomedical or relevant professional category
  • Over 5 years of working experiences in service in medical equipment industry with Solid understanding about medical equipment industry.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience with PMLS equipment
  • No less than 2 years experience in field for installation and repairing work

  • Well-organized and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good information collecting and analysis capabilities
  • Adaptable to cross- culture environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
