Job Title: Service Field Sales

Location: Guangzhou, Mainland China, China Full-Time Internal/External

Group/Division Summary: We provide a broad offering of instruments, consumables, software and services that are used for a range of applications in the laboratory, on the production line and in the field. These products and services are used by customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, government, environmental, and other research and industrial markets, as well as clinical laboratories. AIG includes three divisions – Chemical Analysis, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, and Materials and Structural Analysis – and our Services business, Instrument and Enterprise Services. Below is a listing to help you navigate.

Position Summary:

The position belong to China service Sales IS team, In charge of part of Fujian and Jiangxi province for service products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieves the planned growth for revenue and bookings in the assigned accounts/territory while maintaining or exceeding margin goals.
  • Provides realistic sales forecasts to management and communicates any significant changes or developments in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Builds, analyzes and understands business trends to look for opportunities to improve current sales within assigned regions.
  • Evaluates market trends and captures competitive information, identifies trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Collaborates with key account customers to understand their business needs and strategic objectives, builds relationships with decision-makers and identifies, develops and closes enterprise services business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Chemistry, Engineering,information/computer or relevant field.
  • Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.
  • over 3-5 years’ experience in related industries, Industry Sales/ Service sales/ Tele.sales background is helpful
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Open minded, agile with change and practical.
  • Excellent office software skill, For example: Excel, Word so on.
