  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives to boost revenue and enhance efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and business analytics teams to address complex business challenges such as pricing and margin strategy, lead passing processes, headcount management etc. 
  • Establish and optimize scalable processes for sales and revenue operations to support predictable growth (e.g. target setting, forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health).
  • Develop and communicate accurate SaaS/revenue metrics to stakeholders, supported by compelling analysis and dashboards. (e.g. performance, ramp times, ARR,CAC, productivity, pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, etc.)
  • Implement and leverage the latest RevOps technology stack.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and measure funnel progression against goals.
  • Owns the pipeline and bookings forecast.
  • Aligns forecast, commission plans and company goals with territories, strategic accounts and sellers and measures performance accordingly.
  • Conduct capacity modeling and revenue line planning to optimize resource deployment.
  • Partner with marketing and sales in lead/pipeline generation and automation system development.
  • Design and manage sales compensation, quotas, and plan administration aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide executive support with ad hoc reporting and projects.
  • Standardize metrics to analyze and improve sales, marketing, and partner performance, including leading indicators and KPIs.
  • Measure ROI and performance of programs, using data to drive improvements.

Your Experience

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled environments.
  • Experience managing business processes including forecasting, capacity planning, commissions, and sales data.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing operations tools such as Salesforce and Clari.
  • Demonstrated ability in business process design, improvement, and maintenance.
  • Strategic and tactical capability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Motivational team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and exceptional work ethic.
