Brazil Retail Operations & Initiatives (RO&I) team is looking for a passionate, talented Senior Product Manager to build solutions that improves the vendor experience (VX) journey. The RO&I Vendor Experience and Listing PM owns the 3 year plan to improve vendor experience journey from mapping strategic initiatives to delivering designed solutions. She/He is expected to coordinate multiple products in a roadmap and to own annual operational planning for VX.

To succeed in this role, person needs to understand vendors in depth, navigate the corporation to identify opportunities, benchmark across internal and external teams, influence organization to deploy solutions, and to be the voice of vendor/customer when proposing/deploying solutions with tech teams.

Fluent English is required.

Key job responsibilities

Projects for this role includes developing and driving new initiatives for Vendor experience that includes Catalog Listing and Cost update Experience with the following responsibility:

1. You will be the product owner of BR Vendor experience product roadmap.

2. You will own metrics related to vendor satisfaction, Listing frictions and Vendors Cost Updates.

2. You will launch products and solutions in partnership with Listing and Vendor Experience programs to reduce defects and make vendor facing process more effective and scalable.

3. You will increase vendor satisfaction and engagement by working on initiatives that improve clarity and transparency of vendor journey processes.

4. You will scale worldwide solutions by tailoring solutions in Brazil, being ans important advocate for Emerging Countries experience and scaling it through businesses teams.

5. You will own Brazil Retail VX and Brazil Listing Experience Business reviews, mechanisms and yearly operational planning.

6. You will collaborate with partner teams to ensure that we take data based decisions toward goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a background of strong product/program management as well as category management, demonstrates a passion for working on behalf of customers and environment, is very self-driven, enjoys and excels at dealing with ambiguity, has a track record of on-time delivery of cross-functional projects, and has the ability to operate independently and autonomously. The candidate demonstrates the ability to make decisions based on data and is able to influence multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of successful relationship management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, thinking big, and a bias for action will be essential to your success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.

We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Selection, Productivity and Profitability increase. Our goal is to Eliminate, Automate, or Offshore Low Value-add activities that are holding us to improve the Brazilian Customer shopping experience.

Our goal is to accelerate the flywheel and delight our customers by promoting synergies throughout the retail business. We bring solutions that overcome coordination issues, scale best practices and ensure continuous improvements in our processes and systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
