FINANCE MANAGER

Manages a small team of finance associates who execute financial planning and analysis. Manages processes and budgets to mitigate risk and ensure planning and analysis maintain Littelfuse financial standards. Manages work activities, monitors the status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Ensures compliance with local government requirements.

About the job:

  • Coaches and manages the work activities and has full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
  • Provides financial review and analytical support to a business unit. Proposes ways to maximize business opportunities. Leads, facilitates, executes and analyzes complex financial planning and analysis projects (30%)
  • Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for analysis and forecasting models. (10%)
  • Manages local statutory requirements and supports annual financials and audits. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Education: Bachelor's or university degree; Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience
  • Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of operation cost-related and rich experience in ERP system
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
