Description:

Saint Francis, DE, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an MRI Tech to join our Radiology team!

Shift:

PRN assistance with vacation and other various time off requests. On call every 3-4wks. Per additional Department needs.

Summary:

The technologist is responsible for performing all MRI/MRA procedures including those utilizing injected contrast agents. The technologist selects proper technical factors and coils. The technologist must show independent judgment when performing procedures and when addressing difficult or unusual situations. The technologist is responsible for evaluating images for technical quality.

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform all MRI/MRA procedures
• Utilize hospital EMR and Radiology PACS with accuracy
• Assesses patients to determine ability to undergo ordered procedure
• Accept additional assignments and tasks
• Provide MRI coverage after hours, weekends and holidays participating in “ON-CALL” rotation
• Supports Mission and Values of Saint Francis Hospital

Requirements: 

• ARRT with MRI certification preferred
• DE License
• BCLS
