Project Manager Proposals - Digital Products

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Sidel, leader in solutions and handling equipment products, design, manufacturing, integration of equipment and engineering for the complete packaging lines has a career opportunity for someone with experience as a Project Manager Proposals. You will report to the Director of the Department and you will functionally link and ensure the correct implementation of technical offers of digital products, and perform administrative and Digital Products team support tasks.

YOUR MISSION

  • Understand customer needs and assist in matching with Sidel Digital Product’s portfolio
  • Prepare the budget quotations and commercial offers.
  • Ensure project technical support and quality, cost and delivery level in front of Customer.
  • Translate, validate and update the sales documents.
  • Ensure proper application of commercial, accounting and financial agreements, policies with customers and other Sidel entities.
  • List, categorize, and update the database of offered/sold/lost products. 
  • Maintain ISO and templates documents related to software EIT® (Efficiency Improvement Tool) and EVO-ON®
  • Maintain the offers information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (CEP)
  • Register the Purchase Orders and create the projects s in the ERP systems (SAP and IFS) according to the procedures. 
  • Initiate and track billing and payments of projects in the ERP systems (SAP and IFS)
  • Enter the third party machine’s Information and EIT® & EVO-ON® in the AMP software
  • Archive documents as per ISO standards
  • Prepare monthly KPIS
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product’s Department in other tasks

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience, 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. French will be a plus.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Desired skills / specific knowledge: Control of administrative and commercial operations, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe , an excellent organization and prioritization skill, basic knowledge in accounting, skills to manage change, demonstrate thoroughness and initiative.
