Coordinate the efforts of the OB-Prospection and OB-Aftermarket teams, motivate on a daily basis.

  • Implement a clear and frequent communication structure with local Area Sales Managers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all outbound activity in the CRM system, providing full visibility.
  • Organize product/sales/phone skill trainings based upon needs of the team or individuals.
  • Consolidate and report the results (sales revenue, number of calls made quote value issued).
  • Work on fine-tuning the outbound daily customer approaches to maximize results.
  • Meticulous tracking of defined KPIs within the defined processes and documentation of results.
  • Responsible increasing profitable Aftermarket business of PF (process filtration) products through pro-actively
  • developing existing customer base.
  • Driving generation of qualified sales leads / revenue with new customers and reactivation of lost accounts. 
  • Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalog products, ensuring customer loyalty.
  • Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales.
  • Capture market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel

for better strategic placement in the marketplace.

  • Assistance to E-commerce Customer through the Click-To-Chat Service

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical or commercial background

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Preferably 3-5 years experience with Outbound Tele Sales
  • Strong skills in relationship development, good interaction abilities with customer, specially over phone
  • Knowledge of CRM software is an asset, MS office a must. Technical understanding of products/applications
  • Good capability of CRM, leverage CRM as a main tool to manage customers
  • Strong business acumen (sensitive to opportunity) and customer oriented

Leadership Competence:

  • 2 years in a leadership position
  • Natural team leader and self-starter, highly self-motivated, able to motivate others.
  • Good communication and coordination with internal and external partners
  • Good Team Player
  • Proactive thinking and acting, self-driven
  • Quick learning and high resistance to pressure
  • Resilient and perseverant.

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience with leading small to mid size Teams with Tele Sales responsibility
  • Personal customer exposure in sales responsibilities

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

  • Proficiency in English Communication (reading and writing)
  • Strong intention to develop personal career in aftermarket business.
  • Periodic contact with customers at events or trade shows, etc. is helpful to foster customer relationships
