Position Summary:
For our EMEA Procurement Team we are currently looking for a Manager Procurement (m/f/d) who will lead a diverse, international team and will be located in Norderstedt, Germany, in permanent employment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of 20 members across three sites in Germany, France and the UK
- Manage day-to-day operations, optimizing resources and ensuring key results
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate with vendors on prices, contracts and conditions
- Enhance strategic supplier relationships and lead key supplier reviews
- Realign supplier delivery schedules based on customer demand
Your Profile (Skills and Experience):
- 6-8 years of relevant working experience
- 3 years of advanced negotiation and inclusive leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage international teams in different regions and willingness to travel
- Professional presence with exemplary communication skills
- Fluency in English and German required; French language skills are value
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
