The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced & passionate Creative Manager to join our global creative team in Paris. The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and will track all incoming design requests for our Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Program marketing campaigns.

As a key member of our global creative team you work efficiently in a cross functional team setting and support design guidelines across a variety of large-scale projects in the

candidates will have in-depth knowledge of design, style guides, graphic tracking, and project management.

Reporting to our Head of Creative Services, you will orchestrate content production for the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Program. As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, this position works with both Internal FA and the Designers to ensure deliverable management is organized and timely. Must be able to manage several tasks at once in a timely manner.

  • Manage workflow/schedules for all production, creative and freelance staff to ensure accuracy through completion and delivery.
  • Manage the design team workflow, logistics, updating project tracking system, and the storage of all projects.
  • Track artwork through the approvals, production, and installation processes.
  • Updates and provides regular project status as needed.
  • Proficient in all necessary procedures/ processes as they relate to Creative Services including:
  • Project management and PM software, Graphics tracking.
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Reinforces specific guidelines and procedures with team members regarding department workflow.
  • Ensure project development adheres to design guidelines and approval processes. 
  • Ensure all parties are aligned with communication, goals, and design development. 
  • Ability to produce both internal and external needs. 
  • Ensure quality control.
  • Advocate for sustainability wherever possible. 
  • Exhibits creative, innovative, collaborative, and strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all forms of internal and external output 
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and prioritize tasks. 
  • Can clearly communicate visual information and rationale behind design choices and applications as needed. 

You Have These : 

  • Bachelor's Degree in design management or equivalent experience in creative project management is required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Creative Project Management, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Proficient in project/data management software.
  • Can take design direction from team leaders.

  • in-depth knowledge of design, style guides, event production, graphic tracking, and project management.
  • extremely organized, communicative, detail oriented and a problem solver.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones);
  • A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand.
  • The ability to self-direct and motivate and work.
  • Must be fluent in French & English. (Italian a plus)
