Digital Finance, Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate on the Digital, Data and Product (DDP) Finance and Transformation team, you will be in a highly visible position and will leverage relationship building skills to support senior leaders within the DDP organization. You will act as the trusted financial partner to the DDP product and design teams collaborating with finance colleagues to provide best in class financial and strategic analysis. You will be crafting dynamic financial management reporting, insights, and creative visualizations of financial data using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to shape the narrative for DDP.

Job responsibilities

  • Create dynamic financial management reporting and partner with CB Finance & Business Management teams to track and report various financial results and metrics
  • Partner across the firm to develop financial management solutions and toolsets leveraging best practices and creative thinking that allow for consistent/streamlined processes
  • Develop the financial narrative and provide insights/recommendations on financial and headcount management activities and trends
  • Ensure connectivity of financial data ecosystem and toolsets to optimize financial processes
  • Participate in budgeting process including calendar coordination, appropriate scenario scoping, tooling coordination and detailed business changes, ensuring appropriate governance of deliverables and transparency of financials
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior management on a frequent basis
  • Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for better process and reporting efficiencies

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Passionate about developing the Financial Analysis function of the future, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Strategic partnership with product and design teams
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting
  • Exceptional attention to detail related to providing accurate and timely data
  • Bachelor's degree
