Distribution Sales Director - Cambodia - 008STR

MISSION

  • To lead the delivery of top line through a distribution channel for all baskets
  • Develop and implement overall strategy, policy, and channel development for direct and indirect partners
  • Manage and expand Schneider Electric (SE)'s footprint, and ensure maximum market coverage for SE products. 
  • Perform customer mapping. Identify and access key customers, and potential market territory. 
  • Plan and implement Sales, MKT activities, and other necessary action plans to fuel the pipelines
  • Manage SFC: both direct and indirect (allocated costs)

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Strategy development and deployment:

Take direct responsibility for the formulation of the Partner Retail business strategy and its execution within Cambodia:

  • Development of effective sales methodologies and processes and deploy
  • Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
  • Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities

2. Promote cross-selling and global solutions including all Schneider Electric expertise domains to customers in the market

Work closely with other Business Units to secure the country's projects with full solutions available within Schneider Electric 

3. Manage Top-line and Bottom-line

  • Drive sales growth and profitability of the Partner Retail Business in the allocated segments.
  • Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Retails Business Models
  • Manage Support Function Costs - both direct and indirect (allocated costs) – towards high efficiency

4. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationships with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, electricians ..)

5. Build the Best Team, People management and development

  • Direct Report: 01 Distribution Sales Manager 
  • Lead, manage your team, and grow talent to ensure they have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
  • Develop and implement high-performance sales culture practices in the team
  • Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team
  • Upgrade the Team’s competencies, sales expertise, and sales behavioral level.
  • Provide frequent coaching, feedback, and management support to internal Retail talents

6. Team player & team spirit

Maintain a positive working climate. Develop good relations with your team members and Cross-function teams to resolve issues, follow up action plans, and keep abreast of information and the latest update

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degrees in Business and/or engineering degree
  • 7 years of working experience in electrical sales or channel sales of relevant industry
  • At least 5 years of Management experience
  • Commercial profile with an excellent understanding of markets, customers, and channels
  • Understanding the company’s products and competitors is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
  • Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
  • Accept to work under pressure, high commitment
  • Willing to travel
