What You Will Do

  • Manage and support commercial customers in Mexico, fostering close relationships with private and government hospital accounts for current and potential commercial dealings.
  • Drive Neurovascular business growth in Mexico by exploring market opportunities.
  • Ensure brand presence in top public and private hospitals.
  • Ensure that selected hospitals have Stryker neurovascular product offerings and raise awareness of strokes and the brand portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed financial P&L targets and neurovascular growth strategies, actively managing contact with corporate decision-makers of public and private hospitals.
  • Maintain direct contact with key national and international doctors who are references in endovascular therapy.
  • Understand purchasing processes, internally align and manage in advance to provide excellent service.
  • Identify decision-makers for endovascular therapy and hemodynamics rooms. Establish specific commercial goals with each hospital account, recognizing competitive advantages for strategic purposes with users and decision-makers. Engage in Stryker's planning processes and project demand, manage inventory usage, and calculate potential risks.

What You Will Need

  • Strong experience in Sales Positions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced English skills required.
  • Experience with Neurovascular or Endovascular products
