As part of the global IT PMO team, you will play a critical role leading and supervising programs. The role requires high-reaching objectives, develop roadmaps, collaborate with teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to ensure efficient and effective delivery and integrated planning solutions within the organization. In partnership with senior IT leaders, this role is responsible for global execution of projects, ensuring consistency and timely in line with PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.

What you'll be doing:

  • The Program Manager is tasked with planning, execution, and successful delivery of the S/4 HANA transformation program with strong emphasis on change management.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale S/4 initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs by identify and enable the process to remove bottlenecks and adopt technology solutions.
  • Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management.
  • Organizational Change Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change strategies to support the adoption of organizational changes. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, implementing, and evaluating change initiatives. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure alignment with organizational change standard methodologies.
  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the organization. Communicate effectively with partners to ensure agreement and support for change initiatives. Anticipate and address partner concerns and resistance to change in a proactive manner.
  • Communication and Training: Develop communication plans to keep partners informed about the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change. Create and deliver presentations and workshops to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and barriers to successful change implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate on business operations and performance. Adjust organizational change plans as needed to address emerging challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Define key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure the effectiveness of organizational change efforts. Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role with experience in leading S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability driving effective organizational change for large cross functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions, particularly S/4HANA, and their integration with business processes
  • Proven in program management with a focus on organizational change, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience with organizational change tools and software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to such as S/4 HANA, supply chain management software and tools.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
