Technical Service Representative
- 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
- 7:00am - 6:00pm rotating weekly schedule during Spring peak season
- Optional OT on Saturdays
- $19.00/hr DOE
- Full Time Opportunity
Job Duties
- Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products for marine electronics (electric trolling motors).
- No outbound cold calling.
- Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and Johnson Outdoors.
- Provide technical advice and product information.
- Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system.
- Meet department goals and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Small, friendly office environment.
