Express is looking for multiple positions for an established electronics company in the California, PA area!
SMT Operator
$16.75/hour
- Operate the machine, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicators, and understand how to replenish supplies and components per Standard Operating Procedures
- Set-up of the machine, which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing) per the manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Other duties assigned
Box Build
$15.25/hour
- Ability to interpret complex engineering assembly documentation and instructions.
- Use of both manual and electric tools
- Meet or exceed assembly time standards set by the group lead while producing high quality workmanship.
- Perform box build level test (if required).
- Lifting: Frequently - up to 20 pounds
Manual Assembly
$14.85/hour
- Hand solder
- Willingness to learn
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- ensure quality control
- maintain supply inventory
- record actions on production forms and communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure accuracy
- speed and efficiency
Material Handler
$14.85/hour
- Must be attentive to detail, have good basic math skills, basic computer skills are helpful.
- Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Duties will include shipping, packaging, etc. - working with circuit boards
- Must have good attendance in previous jobs
- No experience required, but electronics/circuit board experience is helpful, and an associate degree would be a plus.
Schedules will all be determined based on job placement.
