As the Clinical Application Specialist for Women’s Health Ultrasound, you will drive and execute clinical education training, demonstration management and demonstration strategies. The Clinical Applications Specialist will facilitate evidence-based practice and support the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions. Your efforts will impact our customer’s ability to improve productivity, patient care and quality by optimizing their technical & clinical competencies, image quality, workflow, and protocol management.

Job Description

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of Women's Health Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training for your customers, channel partners ; monitor and report on training outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
  • Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining KOL in the regions and also responsible to train the sale team and dealer team from time to time for capability enhancement.
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business.
  • Advance new product (NPI) features and clinical techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation Women's Health Ultrasound and ongoing training needs.
  • Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
  • Embrace and promote adoption of hybrid training delivery mindset for your customer.
  • Maintain required well-written pre and post training documentation in conjunction with global guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 3 plus years of experience in Radiology, General Imaging, OB/GYN, Vascular sonography and cardiology applications. Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience; plus applicable certification if any. Profound knowledge of 2D, Doppler and color flow imaging and experienced in 3D and 4D (For OBS/GYN )
  • Incumbent will be responsible Pre and Post sale of the Ultrasound machine, Will be responsible for clinical activities like workshop, CME, Webinar and hands on training, experience of 3 years and above on Ultrasound application Familiar with radiology general imaging, OB/GYN, Vascular sonography and Cardiology Applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
