Responsibilities:

• Lead the affiliate of EagleBurgmann Poland including all legal aspects and relations to local authorities. Overall responsibility to achieve the revenue & profit targets through sales of company products, managing resources and people
• Assume responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of market and sales strategies in Poland while coordinating with marketing activities
• Actively promote and contribute to the global EagleBurgmann strategic initiatives by translating and integrating them into local operations
• Work closely with the head of finance, facilitating accurate forecasting and budgeting, attend and support internal and external audits
• Oversee departments including HR, IT, sales, legal, technical, health & safety, property management, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth operations across various domains
• Regularly monitor and disseminate performance metrics to staff, ensuring clarity in objectives and encouraging active contribution from all team members
• Ensure compliance with company standards, reporting deadlines, local laws and Freudenberg group directives particularly in terms of business ethics and sustainability

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in industrial sealing technology or a related industry
• Mechanical and / or Industrial engineering qualifications 
• Track record in developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans 
• Proven stakeholder management skills preferably in an international matrix organization
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in local and English language
• Excellent financial acumen and leadership skills on local and international level
