This is a remote position - we are open to Brazil Miami or Mexico.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and coordination of marketing plans for specific product, product line or product areas. Design, develop and implement deliverables such as product specifications, branding and launch strategies per New Product Development procedures and Launch Excellence guidelines. Conduct competitive analyses and assist in the development of specific marketing strategies.

  • Executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure profitable growth and expansion of company products and/or services in LATAM
  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
  • Analyzes product sales performance, product costs and profitability of products.
  • Makes recommendations regarding product performance vs. cost. Assists in the development of product marketing and product pricing strategies
  • Maintains extensive knowledge about Company products, competitor products and customer requirements.
  • Interacts with sales force and customers to develop in‑depth product market knowledge in order to anticipate market changes and trends and to seek new ideas for improvement of existing products and new products
  • Plans and oversees the advertising and promotion activities for assigned product(s)
  • Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns
  • Works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials
  • May develop and recommend pricing strategy for the product(s), which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
  • Coordinates regional launches.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing activities within designated budgets
  • Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts.
  • Prepares marketing activity reports to management
  • Interacts with various departments to assist in the development and ifmplementation of product development activities. Coordinates solutions to product problems and recommends actions to anticipate and prevent future problems
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance

Qualifications

  • BA/VS or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience and/or training; or 
  • MA/MS with 2-3 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device marketplace usually associated with successful experience in one or more of the following: marketing, sales, customer service or technical applications
  • Ability to travel as needed or requested
  • Ability to use computers and computer based software

Pay / Compensation

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $229,600-$287,000 BRL

Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
