Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Should have significant Technical writer experience – 6+ years –Preferred domain Telecom/ Billing.
Experience with DITA based professional technical writing tools and standard graphics tools.
Familiarity with end user documents like User Manuals, Installation Guides, System
Administrator Guides, and Functional Description.
Excellent Organization, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with extremely complex technical solutions.
Basic familiarity with SDLC and Agile method of working.
Ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
Mandatory skills:
Exposure to platform/OS systems, Linux and related system aspects would be added advantage
