Job Description

Our Merchant Account Executive will have the ability to meet and exceed sales quota selling Merchant Services (Visa/MC/Discover/American Express processing) to Small/Medium Size businesses. Make sales presentations to prospective clients or bank partners. Build and grow bank partner relationship, resulting in consistent referral production. Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services. Daily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool. Receive guidance and training in a remote environment and achieve daily objectives as set forth by your manager.

For this opportunity, candidates must be located in close proximity to their assigned region of North Alabama, preferred area is Huntsville AL.

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience
• Ability to travel

• Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
• Excellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
• Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $54,145.00 - $63,700.00 - $70,070.00
