Position Description:
We are looking for SAP ABAP Consultants willing to work in Alabang site.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Execute ABAP development tasks based on provided functional specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by clients, ensuring timely solutions.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Design, customize, configure, and rigorously test ABAP programs to meet project -
requirements.
- Identify, address, and document system gaps, proposing effective workarounds as necessary.
- Thoroughly analyze and validate customer requirements, documenting findings accurately.
- Prepare and maintain detailed functional designs, test cases, and results documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements and system
enhancements.
- Deliver expert consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
- Provide on-demand training and user support to ensure effective system utilization.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to internal teams as required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, investigating and resolving
software issues promptly and effectively.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of functional
specifications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing ABAP programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
clients.
- Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and system enhancements.
- Previous experience providing consulting services and user support is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and deliver effective training to teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
