The Knowledge Management Researcher is expected to bring proven expertise in business research and result delivery. You will partner with the consultants and your team members to deliver high impact on project work effectiveness. You are expected to become the point of contact and enabler to our business in the use of either internal knowledge or external databases and information sources.

How you will create an impact:

• You will collaborate in operational business in multifaceted tasks
• You are responsible for researching and analyzing market and company information as business requests
• You are responsible for maintaining a high quality of the knowledge to serve as best source of information and guidance for consultants/partners
• You will compile information (data, facts, and key figures) and prepare company overviews on various industries and markets
• You will support the Transaction Services/Private Equity team with a broad range of tasks in the knowledge management and research field
• You will maintain and support in the further development of the internal knowledge database
• You will also compile cross-thematic information from literature, press and specialized databases to support business development and creation of thought leadership publications.

Your profile:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, knowledge management or similar concentration
• You have at least a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related field or area of knowledge management
• Good verbal and written communication skills - in English is a must
• You have common understanding of research strategies and the use of Boolean operators
• Initial experience in a consultancy, PR or advertising agency in the area of research is desirable
• Basic experience in working with company, press and information databases such as Pitchbook, Refinitiv Eikon, S&P Capital IQ, Mergermarket is a must
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly pick up new topics and tasks is required
