The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools. This position also helps to position the professional recruitment team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective recruitment services to internal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, provides total staffing service to clients, e.g. recruitment strategy, sourcing, and candidate assessment and selection which comply with all legal requirements.
  • Building and maintains effective relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and other HR professionals to develop a proactive best practices approach to recruitment and retention.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to drive networking and candidate pool development.
  • Executing an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidates evaluation techniques; ability to interview and assess candidates for high impact positions utilizing these techniques.
  • Comprehensive and effective utilization of the ATS including sourcing, screening, candidate management and requisition management.
  • Building relationships with candidate pools and ensuring timely communication regarding placement decisions
  • Maintains and measures efficiency using appropriate metrics, tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Conduct on and off-site interview and hiring events.
  • May lead recruitment-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proven and progressive recruiting experience with a significant focus on assessing talent and proactively building talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Experience consulting with hiring managers and business leaders in developing and implementing sourcing/recruitment/selection plans
  • Ability to align recruitment plans with client group business strategies
  • Strong proficiency with ATS solutions
  • Prior RN experience preferred
  • Prior RN recruitment experience strongly preferred
