Marketing Communication Manager – CRM Strategy & Operations, B&W (m/w/d)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an qualified Marketing Communication Manager – CRM Strategy & Operations, B&W (m/w/d) with a successfully completed university degree in (International) business administration, usually (but not mandatory) with a focus on marketing/communications, for below key position topics:

  • Development, implementation and success monitoring of target group-specific CRM campaigns for B2B and B2C target groups.
  • Management of Marketing CRM & Salesforce projects for the purpose of strategic development and establishment of a sustainable lead management.
  • Interface between the local Trade Marketing EMEA and the central functions. CRM ambassador within marketing in the Bathroom & Wellness division.

Your tasks:

  • Conceptualization and implementation of CRM campaigns (e-mail marketing, instant messaging services, etc.) for B2B and B2C target groups with the aim of generating and activating leads in the long term, in close cooperation with internal and external partners, including content creation (text, design, etc.)
  • Management of Marketing CRM & Salesforce projects in collaboration with CRM Sales, CRM Corporate for the purpose of strategic development of CRM-based marketing (new impulses through optimization of processes, automation, new tools, behavior-based targeting, etc.).
  • Interface between local Trade Marketing EMEA and central functions (Digital Marketing, CRM Sales, CRM Corporate) as well as support of local marketing in the implementation of CRM campaigns, e.g. newsletter templates, selection etc.
  • Performance reviews of all measures (newsletter journeys, competitions, A/B tests, Tracking Profi-Portal etc.) using reports, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Active project management across various departments and management of external agencies and partners.

Your profile:

  • Years of experience with an international company and/or organization (at least 3 years)
  • Customer relationship management marketing experience
  • Experience in cross-departmental project management -Global and cross-cultural understanding
  • Intercultural project experience to successfully manage regional/global projects.
  • Strong Analytical ability, business acumen, and a forward thinker.
  • workable knowledge of digital marketing and initial experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Ability to work within teams, strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Proficient in German and English.
