Real Chemistry is looking for an EVP, Executive Director to join our growing team!

This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic EVP, Executive Director to join our team. The EVP, Executive Director will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing account teams, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve client objectives and agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account folks to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Lead client pitches, fostering growth and expanding our client portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Drive organic growth within existing client accounts
  • Develop and maintain account plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal teams, staying up-to-date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Mentor and coach account team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and advancement within the organization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement agency-wide initiatives, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or related roles within an advertising agency
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale client accounts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationship and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PAY RANGE: $280 - $300K
