As a Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-growing supply chain operation. Your exceptional customer support and meticulous planning skills will be essential to maintaining our commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to our continued success and expansion in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, QA, and Engineering teams, providing exceptional support and maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Manage planning operations with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to achieve on-time delivery targets.
  • Analyze and monitor backlog order fulfillment and Work in Progress (WIP) movement, taking proactive steps to resolve supply/demand gaps.
  • Engage with manufacturing suppliers to ensure clear understanding of capacity requirements and manage potential bottlenecks and risks.
  • Provide support for new product launches, contributing to the development of manufacturing strategies such as multi-sourcing, offloads, and factory qualifications.
  • Ensure consistency between system inventory reports and CMs' inventory reports.
  • Responsible for ERP maintenance related to supply planning activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in module/board Supply Chain.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, ensuring accurate and efficient supply planning processes.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
