The APAC FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support the APAC region's business performance and decision making. The role also involves leading and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across the region. The APAC FP&A Senior Analyst will work closely with regional and country finance teams, as well as other key stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and/or present APACs Monthly Business Review with accurate monthly financial reports with reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning.

Review monthly accounts for accuracy, variances and trends to budget and forecast.

Responsible for overall budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including timing and consolidation of information to provide analysis for management review.

Prepare presentations that provide insightful analysis and identify required action items.

Ensure process improvement and streamline procedures across the region as it relates to financial budgeting and forecasting.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects, that contribute towards influencing commercial decision-making process as it relates to financial budgeting and forecasting.

Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders within regional team and across the Asia-Pacific region.

Be an active team member by demonstrating a willingness to help and support others.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a regional role and an overall experience of 10 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in using financial systems and tools, such as SAP, One Stream, or BI

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
