Job description

• Overseeing processes and analyzing quality problems;
• Handling external as well as internal complaints;
• Planning and implementing preventive and corrective actions;
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance indicators; controlling the
• effectiveness of corrective actions proposed by the Quality Department;
• Reporting quality results and corrective action plan;
• Applying quality tools, creating quality documentation, developing control plans;
• Evaluating the product and deciding on further action;
• Risk assessment and elimination of risks in the process;
• Conducting internal audits of the process, product, system;
• Training employees in quality knowledge.

Job requirements

• Several years of experience in the Quality Department - minimum 5 years
• Education in the field;
• Communicative knowledge of English, at least at B2 level;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge and experience in working with quality tools;
• Communication skills and openness to sharing knowledge;
• Openness to actively collaborate with the Operations Department and build a quality culture;
• Ability to work with members of other teams, including the international team;
• Proactivity in problem solving.
