We are looking for someone passionate about digital design, who has excellent craft capability, and who has experience leading teams to execute high-quality designs.

We believe that a holistic understanding of business, technology, and design is at the center of what we do, and are looking for a candidate that has the experience and a mindset that matches these parameters. The Graphic Consultant will play a critical role in analyzing design requests from our onshore teams and clients, understanding project requirements, and assigning tasks to team members based on their expertise and the specific project needs.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

We'll trust you to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants globally to design and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentations while adhering to internal guidelines and corporate templates.
• Ensure quality control for all client deliverables.
• Responsible for translating the messaging from the client into clear, on-brand design output.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating various decks/presentations used to support client pitches and proposals.
• Oversees multiple design projects, monitors project timelines, and collaborates with project managers to address issues.
• Keeps the project team apprised of client needs or concerns.
• Lead engagements, and grow relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Provide tailored constructive feedback to team members to aid in their growth.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their design skills and professional growth. Support other business development activities for the firm and for the Business Research practice area Performs other project work as needed, based on client needs and internal team requests.

You'll need to have:

• Post Graduate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Design and Graphics.
• Similar work with professional services firms will be preferred (consulting, accounting, law, banking, strategy firms, etc.).
• Expert at using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to prepare finished, client-ready proposals, reports, newsletters, and other presentation documents.
• Proficiency and Certification course in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud / Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Intermediate skills in video editing software like Camptasia etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to the requirements of the role
• Ability to prioritize the workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
