What You’ll Do
- Ensures project management lifecycle (Scrum) is defined and consistently applied to managed efforts
- Sets clear goals and objectives for the project management team
- Responsible for definition of project management methodology with alignment to stakeholder and business needs
- Facilitates cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Elicits business KPIs associated with projects and collaborates with Finance to measure pre/post deployment
- Participates in the architectural assessment of new concepts
- Solves problems by engaging stakeholders to work through viable options
- Provides weekly status reporting to senior leadership on in-flight and upcoming projects
- Ensures risk and issue mitigation processes are applied to keep projects on-track
- Builds relationships with business stakeholders and third-parties to ensure project deliverables are accomplished in alignment with project timelines
- Manages special projects identified for the organization
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Business Management, or related discipline required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience delivering large scale projects required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a PMO management position required
- Intermediate knowledge of project management
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft ADO or similar solution
