Senior Product Manager – 100% remote; May work from home

Salary range: $131,747.00 - $187,000.00

As a Senior Product Manager, drive execution of product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into clear and actionable requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams. Create comprehensive product strategy documents that include business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue projections, and return on investment (ROI) analysis. Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies and define product objectives for impactful marketing communications plans. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development process. Lead the expansion of SaaS products into new international markets. Manage and mentor a team of junior product managers. Engage with key stakeholders to align product strategies with overall business objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Gather customer feedback and insights from international markets and identify areas for improvement. 100% remote; may work from home.

Must possess at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Management, Marketing, Business Development or a related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role with SAAS software solutions. In the alternative, at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Management, Marketing, Business Development or a related field and at least 7 years of prior progressive experience as a Product Manager or in a related role with SAAS software solutions would be acceptable. Must possess at least 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry; at least 3 years of experience collecting and analyzing customer data to drive product innovation and enhance user experiences; at least 3 years of experience in evaluating market potential, revenue projections, and return on investment (ROI); at least 3 years of experience working with international markets, navigating cultural differences, and implementing successful localization strategies; at least 3 years of hands-on experience overseeing all elements of the product development cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond; and at least 1 year of experience in shipping products, including managing product launches and overseeing the delivery process.
