Our Market Strategy and Planning Department in Taipei is looking for a Channel Strategy Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

CRM program Management:

  • CRM planning and implementation for local brand Ladies.
  • Guarantee the most efficient and accurate target selection for each CRM campaign (SMS/eDM/in-store event) and monitor/analyze campaign performance.
  • Be the key contact person with 3rd party agency to ensure CRM tools are well supported business operation.
  • Work closely with RG CRM team to share with local market information to help in the CRM projection for brand Triumph and sloggi.
  • Provide and consolidate various assignments requested by RG team.
  • Monitor the CRM activities of competitor and intimate market trends.
  • Generate CRM reports by weekly/monthly base as well as the immediate request by local management team.

Channel strategy:

  • Implement creative trade marketing ideas to build the market share and brand awareness.
  • Well execute trade promotion/customer activities for both online and offline as well as enlarged OMO business and new acquisition.
  • Tie in with department store events/online platform activities to arrange promotion offers and ensure quality execution.
  • Work closely with retail/OEC team on customer specific trade marking plan and provide the customer insight/CRM knowledge to support in the business.

Sales Analysis:

  • Analyze customers data and sales KPI to do the comprehensive analysis to support the business.
  • Analyze promotion results and provide meaningful insights to deliver commercial target and achieve best ROI.

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in CRM or retail marketing from brands or related agencies.
  • Business analysis experience is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • IT proficiency: Computer literate, Microsoft Office
