You are highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our service integration initiatives, cloud-based solutions, and modernization efforts. Your expertise in building and designing distributed systems, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities, will be key in shaping the future of our integration platform.
You’re also resourceful and collaborative with highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the world of service integration and platform modernization. A sense of humor is a plus!
A Day in the Life:
You might be focusing/working on some of these responsible areas:
Service Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and data across our platform, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data flow.
Cloud based Service/Application building: Leverage cloud technologies (cross cloud integrations) and services to build scalable and reliable solutions that meet business needs.
Building / Enhancing Streaming solution: Design, develop, and optimize streaming data pipelines using Kafka or similar technologies for real-time data processing.
Building / Enhancing Event-driven solution: Event-driven architecture using technologies like Apache Kafka. To enable more real-time data streaming and processing, improving responsiveness and agility.
Platform Modernization: Analyzing existing integrations, understanding business needs, and leading efforts to modernize service integration platform for better performance, scale, and maintainability.
Leading/Mentoring Engineers: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Architecture Design: Create robust architectural designs for new data and service integrations, considering scalability, security, and best practices.
CI/CD Implementation / Enhancement: Implement and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery.
REST API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs that provide reliable access to our services and data.
Alerting and Monitoring: Set up robust alerting and monitoring systems to ensure system health and proactively address issues.
Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 145,000.00 USD - 165,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
