Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Sr Proposal Analyst/Associate to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The Proposal Analyst will collaborate with the Engineering Solutions, Data Analytics, and Business Development team.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct simple yet comprehensive financial models that accurately represent cash flows, incorporating pricing and engineering inputs from vendors
• Create spreadsheet templates to illustrate impacts of energy conservation measures
• Evaluate contract documents and proposal summaries with an attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in India and US to develop sales pitch for clients
• Review and analyse data from Salesforce or any CRM platform
• Forecast, budget, analyse scenarios and reverse engineer excel models

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Nice to have
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic.
• Familiarity with CRM platform (Salesforce)
