Our dynamic and innovative privately held technology client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Accounting to join their Finance & Accounting team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to contribute to the financial success of a rapidly growing organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to guide the organization's financial health.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Drive the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis for special projects and initiatives.
  • Undertake and lead ad hoc accounting projects to address evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cross-train with other team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA required.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience required.
