Job Purpose: 

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for IT security? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a proven track record in the IT security industry, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Expertise: Leverage your 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in channel and/or vendor roles, to drive business development initiatives. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the IT security domain.
  • Autonomous Execution: As a self-motivator, take charge of defining and achieving individual, team, and company priorities. Execute autonomously, demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Influence and Persuasion: Showcase your proven ability to influence stakeholders at various levels within organizations. Develop and maintain strategic relationships that contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Communication Skills: Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex IT security concepts and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Self-Management: Thrive in a dynamic environment by demonstrating the ability to self-manage. Adapt to evolving priorities and navigate challenges with resilience and a proactive mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Exhibit skillful relationship-building capabilities, fostering connections at multiple levels. Your high energy and motivation will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Bring a complete understanding of IT security functions, industry best practices, and standards. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements to provide informed insights and solutions.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in business development, or sales.
  • Experience with IT Security (Required)
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Language requirements: Swedish and English
