Job Description and Requirements : 

You will join a skilled development team in the field of Digital IP packaging and SoC assembly tool framework, collaborating with both internal and external customers to deliver industry-ready features. 

As the Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the local team and ensure timely delivery of software products/features.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the computer software industry, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving success.

Education:

BE / B. Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics with 10+ Years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a highly skilled team to ensure the successful delivery of software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project goals

Technology Specific skills:

• Understand Digital IP with a focus on HDL (verilog and systemverilog) language modelling
• Understand modelling of Design Constraints (Synopsys Design Constraints)

Technical Attributes:

• Leadership qualities to motivate and align multi-member software team towards business goals and priorities
• Sound in C/C++ and TCL programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Valgrind and debugging with GDB

Personal Attributes

• High energy person with the willingness to go an extra mile.
• A team player with direct customer facing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
