We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to join our Enterprise Information Technology team to help us identify and deliver business solutions, in partnership with Global Workplace and Enterprise Services, Global Security, and Information Technology colleagues. These critical functions operate at a global scale, supporting our business in over 130 countries.

The Product Line Technical Lead role has been created to lead a team to meet the new development backlog across this domain. In this role you will lead a team of Technical Leads, Software Engineers, Testing Engineers, and Scrum Masters, developing new solutions or enhancing existing solutions to address the core application backlogs, emerging automation and analytical needs of senior Global Workplace and Enterprise Services and Global Security Management leaders.

As a leader within the IT group, you will:

  • Build key relationships with Global Workplace and Enterprise Services and Global Security Management leadership and IT colleagues to lead the delivery of our business solutions
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business processes, systems, and data that support strategic processes and programs
  • Build a high-performing team of Technical Leads, Software Engineers, Testing Engineers, and Scrum Masters to deliver robust technology solutions
  • Share knowledge and mentor others in areas of technical expertise
  • Acquire knowledge and be mentored in areas of growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for establishing the technical vision principles, standards, and roadmap at the Product Line level.
  • Responsible for guiding the delivery squads and technical leads and informing Product Managers and PLLs on the technical design and direction of the Product Line.
  • Provides technical input to the Product Line Lead to align and orchestrate objectives and backlogs across all products in the Product Line
  • Works with Product Managers and Product Line Leads to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack.
  • Assists Product Owners in removing technical impediments
  • Guides Product Teams and Product Technical Leads in building reusable and scalable components
  • Ensures the Product Line evolves technically to meet changing needs of the business and users
  • Mentors and coaches the Product Technical Lead and engineering team ▪Seeks for simplifying end-to-end processes through interfacing products

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in large, complex IT development projects
  • People management experience leading technical teams comprised of Software engineers, Technical Leads, Testing Engineers
  • Exposure to Global Workplace and Enterprise Services and Global Security Management applications and technologies, including industry trends
  • Agile software development experience
  • History of managing technical priorities within a Backlog
  • Track record of success in defining product line architecture for complex solutions
  • Functional expertise in divisional specific products, platforms, data architecture, and technology trends
  • Strong technical breadth across AWS technology stack
  • Some exposure/ experience in Data engineering on the cloud with knowledge of AWS cloud components such as S3, Athena, RDS and exposure to data engineering and visualization components such as Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills.
