BASIC PURPOSE: Provides first line service support for Love’s Retail credit programs (Love’s Express, Tire Care Express). This position is a member of Retail Team who provides primary customer support for incoming receivables related account issues. (Mon – Fri / 8am - 5pm).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding past due invoices received daily.
  • Take inbound calls from customers and internal departments regarding past due commercial accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts that have disputes or inaccuracies.
  • Address customer issues, questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Problem solve and analyze situations to determine best solution.
  • Serve as liaison between the customer, sales team, and Love’s internal departments.
  • Operate office equipment including computers, and phone software as necessary.
  • Assist customers in using online bill pay and invoice viewing features as requested.
  • Promote services and provide a level of support which drives overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in weekly team meetings required to discuss specific accounts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experienced individuals will be considered.
  • Experience:
  • B2B Collection experience in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Microsoft office products (primarily Outlook and Excel).
  • Phone System/Software experience is a must.
  • SAP experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Receivables and Collections procedures.

  • Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
