Are you an energetic Sales Development Representative looking for your next career challenge? As part of our continuous growth strategy in APAC, Trintech are seeking a Sales Development Representatives to support our sales organization. As an SDR, your primary function is to grow a high-quality pipeline of opportunities and nurturing marketing generated leads from early stages to qualified sales opportunities. You will be responsible for assisting the field sales team in qualifying self-generating prospective customer leads, converting these into sales opportunities that will be handed to and closed by the Sales Account Executive team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as part of the SDR team in tandem with our Sales team to grow Pipeline in our top markets
  • Nurture and research new marketing qualified leads and develop them into sales qualified opportunities as appropriate.
  • Assist Sales Team in qualifying self-generated leads, converting these into sales opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of consistent and qualified leads in your assigned territory.
  • Manage and track opportunities and activities through Salesforce
  • Engage prospective customers, and lead discovery calls to determine solution fit
  • Creatively uncover opportunities by engaging with multiple stakeholders to expand awareness, educate, identify new contacts and develop account intelligence for sales qualified leads.
  • Orchestrate and influence internal resource from other functions, i.e. Pre-Sales where required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • What we need in you
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
  • Ability to contact and sell to people you've never met - B2B, B2C experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new strategies for pre-sales outreach
  • A relentless desire for growth and advancement
  • Strong understanding of the office finance and financial systems as well as SaaS preferred but
  • not required.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business advantageous but not essential
