- Develop the channel plan with line manager and channel lead with channel strategy and implementation
- Execute all trade activation plans while maintaining a consistent and high executional quality
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales budget and customer engagement management
- Implement commercial activation framework aligned with marketing direction and guideline
- Consistently collate data for evaluation & analysis of activations for consequential improvement to the strategic framework
- Deliver sales budget, profits and manage both sales and brand investment
- Bridge the communication/ alignment between sales team and other functional team ( marketing / finance / Supply chain )
- Department cross channel shared project supporting
Qualifications

1. Trade marketing experience in the Spirits, Beverage or FMCG categories
2. 2+ years solid experience in working with cross-functional teams and achieving goals on-time
3. Excellent command of English, and Excel, PowerPoint
4. A&P budget management
5. Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing
6. Highly creative and innovative with a problem-solving approach
