The Human Resources Strategic Initiatives Project Manager III assesses and leads projects and process improvements for HR services that support growth and enable HR to operate at a highly efficient level.
Reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Director, this position will partner with HR functional leaders, Institute leaders, faculty, and staff to provide project management leadership/support on the implementation of a variety of people, process and/or technology initiatives to improve HR services.
The Project Manager must have the ability to work onsite when project needs require.
