Your Role

As a Healthcare Key Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our major clients within the innovative, generic, and consumer health industry. You’ll collaborate with executives and leaders within client organizations to understand their priorities and exceed revenue and growth goals. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Advisor: Leverage your long-term client relationships to provide expert advice on marketing, market research, sales management, and industry trends. You’ll also be well-versed in IQVIA’s product offerings and consulting capabilities.
  • Solution Architect: Anticipate client needs and work closely with our marketing, sales, and consulting teams to develop tailored solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Business Development: Identify and lead new business opportunities within your assigned accounts. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and impact.
  • Executive Interface: Engage with C-suite executives, marketing, and IT leaders to represent IQVIA and foster strong partnerships.
  • Customer Satisfaction Champion: Monitor client satisfaction, ensuring we deliver on our promises. Collaborate with our sales and client service teams to maintain exceptional customer experiences.
  • Renewals and Growth: Skillfully manage contract renewals and subscriptions, maximizing value for both parties.
  • Mentorship: Share your expertise with less experienced sales team members, helping them hone their selling, account management, and negotiation skills.
  • Global Impact: Collaborate with our global and regional account management teams to pursue multi-country opportunities.
  • Contract Strategy: Take a proactive role in shaping contract strategies that drive success.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline. Degree in Medicine or Pharmaceutical science could be an advantage but your commercial drive sets the stage for excellence
  • Minimum three years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Analytics and Excellence, or Account Management Experience: you’re well-versed in building client relationships and driving results in the healthcare environment (e.g. within pharmaceutical or wholesaler industry)
  • MS office user beyond the basis: High competences in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions is a game-changer.
  • Analytical Acumen: You love working with data and numbers.
  • Preciseness and sense to the details: Are you a paperwork enthusiast? 
  • Effective Communication: Your verbal skills in Bulgarian and English are top-notch, and you’re an active listener.
  • Interpersonal Savvy: You navigate relationships with finesse, both internally and externally.
  • Negotiation and presentation Skills: You thrive in high-stakes negotiations.
