We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager who will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, orchestrating high-impact campaigns focusing on innovation and results. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical prowess, and proven marketing expertise. Your Core Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution 

  • Develop annual strategies and budget planning in co-operation with global and regional Marketing Managers.
  • Initiate and manage digital campaigns by actively engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities and business needs.
  • Be brand guardian across channels, keeping content fresh and aligned with current trends.
  • Develop and refine landing pages, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies to meet targets.
  • Generate engaging online material, including articles and blogs, in collaboration with content agencies.
  • Repurpose internal communication outputs for external use and participate in major content initiatives.
  • Supervise regional marketing managers to ensure relevant content creation and active community engagement.
  • Contribute insights based on digital marketing data to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Guide regional teams with insights on new trends and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with agencies to set KPIs, evaluate media plans, and generate content.

Global Activations

  • Organize and execute activities revolving around our charity initiatives and Team Liquid partnership.
  • Create and manage event-related content in conjunction with content and media partners.

Performance and Data Reporting

  • Analyze performance data, reporting back to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities grounded in data analytics.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Expertise in designing and overseeing complex paid media campaigns.
  • Proficient in managing both media and creative agencies.
  • Agile and adept in both hands-on creation and managing long-term strategic projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to handle multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable, results-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Versatile in building and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive with a "get things done" attitude and readiness to travel as needed.
