Responsibilities

  • Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly

  • Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data
  • Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc.
  • Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base
  • Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management

  • Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement) 
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Evaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client
  • Work closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation
  • Fulfill a variety of operational tasks using appropriate proprietary application
  • Monitor, coach and develop the team by sharing knowledge and providing training as necessary

Essential Skills

Job 

  • S/4 HANA FICO experience from Implementation / Upgrade / Migration / Conversion.
  • Extension Ledgers.
  • Document Splitting functionality.
  • FCV Foreign Currency Valuation.
  • APP and EBRS and payment automation process.
  • New Asset Accounting.
  • RICEFWs ABAP Integration exposure.
  • Integration with MM & SD & PS.
  • Month end process exposure FI & CO.
  • Cost Center -Allocations.
  • Product Costing – MTS/MTO/Sale Order Costing.
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • 3-4 implementation projects experience
  • Should have worked on US or Europe projects
  • Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines
  • Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills
  • Exhibit reactiveness and constructiveness at work such as, suggesting innovative but pragmatic solutions
  • Utilize secondary research sources and techniques
