Job Description Summary :
Conducting Safety Inspection and Safety Observation on Impact Aspects Unsafe Action and Unsafe Condition, supervise the work activities of employees and contractors (Permit System) as well as administrative system control according to departmental functions.
Job Description :
- Implement and ensure the running of company policies according to the procedures applicable in the work area
- Running and ensuring all policies related to the environment and Occupational Safety and Health are running well
- Perform improvements (continuous improvement) EHFS system in an effort to reduce the number of work accidents in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work
- Connect with related departments to assist in solving problems encountered
- Create a job health analysis and review the report periodically in accordance with applicable company policies and regulations.
- Manage first aid kits in accidents and carry out further medical follow-up.
- Participate in Achieving Maximum Target of KPI or Work Program of EHFS.
- Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
- Responsible for maintaining and maintaining equipment (equipment) in the EHFS.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Civil Engineering, Chemcial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in manufacture company.
- Have certificate "AK3 umum"
- Willing to be placed in Medan (KIM)
