The Role:

We are searching for a talented Paid Social Creative Strategist to make a significant impact within our market-leading organistation. In this role you'll take the lead in re-imagining our global always-on paid social campaigns, with a specific focus on Meta and TikTok, aligning them with platform best practices.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Creatively lead and own end-to-end, ideas for always-on paid social campaigns, ensuring fresh ideas, brand consistency and skilfull writting to drive increased sales, brand awareness & improve overall brand equity, utilising a proficiency with Meta and TikTok ad platform, as well as Google Analytics.
  • Identify new creative executional approaches that will drive impact across all stages of the funnel
  • Lead ideation, build storyboards, build visual mock-ups and drive the the content concepting process
  • Collaborate with an editor to realise the storyboards and optimise multiple different assets and iterations
  • Own the capture and creation of new content to build the asset library,collaborating with other departments involved in content creation (digital team, creative agency, social team)
  • Source existing content (influencer, product, social) if required for creative approach
  • Lead communication with influencer team to actively manage negotiation with influencers (where relevant to campaign)
  • Partner with the digital team on testing plans and measurement in order to optimise campaigns
  • Deliver against KPIs for each campaign 
  • Act as a key partner to the Global Marketing leads who will brief the campaigns and the Digital team responsible for executing the plans . 
  • Establish authority on creative best practices and thought leadership within the paid social space. Stay updated on trends, identifying new formats, channels, and effective communication methods for new and existing audiences

Dotted line into Director Performance Marketing

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience within the performance marketing space - either in an agency or in a brand
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, designers, and marketing leads
  • Experience in reporting and measurement, interpreting results, and applying insights to campaigns
  • Innovative thinker with a creative drive
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools for campaign optimisation.
  • Keen interest in skincare, beauty/fashion, and an avid follower of relevant news with aproven ability to stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation of creative concepts.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and leveraging influencer content for paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing and continuous optimisation strategies.
