Position Summary

NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director of Experiential Learning. The Associate Director will collaborate with the leadership to innovate and direct content for all experiential learning programs and a variety of other student related offerings. They will partner with leadership to implement a series of programs relating to the School's goal of transforming the student mindset towards one that is focused on broad issues and transformational leadership. The Associate Director will manage the implementation of all logistics associated with the successful delivery of current experiential learning course and project opportunities across Stern. They will design and develop the content, delivery, communication, marketing and coordination of experiential learning programs and courses and work with faculty in experiential learning classes by providing support on the experiential components of class. The Associate Director will also manage relationships with for-profit and not-for-profit partners, organizations, alumni and outside speakers and advise students on experiential learning offerings. 

Qualifications

The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant professional level experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience in an educational service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects, working with external parties, and satisfying multiple high level constituencies. Excellent planning, networking, relationship management, and verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to develop and launch new educational initiatives. Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, and corporate and community leaders is also essential. Knowledge of standard office software.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $72,500 to $92,500. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
