Software Engineer

We are actively seeking an experienced software engineer to join our technology team. The role involves working on a cutting-edge Cyber Security product deployed on Microsoft Azure, utilizing the latest DevOps tools.

This is an exciting opportunity to not only code but also contribute to DevOps processes for a large-scale SAAS product on Azure, incorporating advanced technologies and methodologies. Engineers will also have the chance to interact with customers, evangelize the product, and address their inquiries.

Qualities We Care For:

1. Passion for New Technologies: Tasks are seen as opportunities to learn and solve complex problems. Individuals should be interested in researching technologies and devising elegant solutions.
2. End-to-End Product Experience: Candidates should have worked on at least one complex product, from development and deployment to production and ongoing maintenance.
3. Avoidance of Consulting Companies: Experience with consulting companies for short durations is not ideal for us.
4. Rankings in Open Competitions: Prefer candidates with rankings in open competitions like Kaggle or HackerRank.
5. Cyber Security Interest/Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in Cyber Security is preferred.
6. Algorithm-Based Product Development: Demonstrated interest or experience in algorithm-based product development is preferred.
7. Superior Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential due to frequent interaction with customers.
8. Attention to Detail: Ability to delve deep into technology and products, showing attention to detail.
9. Three+ Years of Experience: Candidates with three or more years of experience are preferred.

Technical Skills We Care For:

1. Back-end:

• Java
• Python
• C/C-Sharp
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• API development
• Build frameworks

2. UI:

• Core JavaScript concepts
• React, Bootstrap, and/or similar JS technologies
• D3 JS
• HTML5 and CSS3 concepts
• Experience with styling web pages using advanced HTML and styling concepts
• Experience with responsive web applications, ensuring compatibility with both desktop and mobile devices

3. Databases:

• Experience with open-source relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Experience with No-SQL databases like Cassandra

4. DevOps:

• Familiarity and willingness to work on DevOps tools and methodologies like Ansible/Chef or Puppet and Jenkins.
